Our Services
Free, confidential support for residents of Hammersmith & Fulham.
Welfare & Benefits Advice
The benefits system isn't easy to navigate, and one wrong form can mean months of delay. We'll sit down with you, work out what you're entitled to, and help you through the process — including Universal Credit and other DWP claims — so you're not doing it on your own.
- Benefit entitlement checks
- Help completing claim forms
- Guidance through Universal Credit and DWP processes
- Support writing advocacy letters
Health & Housing Support
Getting registered with a GP, understanding a tenancy agreement, or knowing where to turn when a housing problem comes up — we help with all of it, and we'll speak to local health and housing services directly on your behalf when that's what's needed.
- Help registering with a GP and accessing NHS services
- Understanding your housing rights
- Liaising with Hammersmith & Fulham housing services
- Signposting to specialist agencies
Education & Literacy Classes
Our English language and literacy classes are open to anyone who wants to build their confidence, whether that's for work, for everyday life, or just to feel more at home here. If you're returning to learning after a long break, you're especially welcome.
